Does anyone have any additional antenna files for Radio Mobile program? I'm looking for some that would resemble a 24db grid dish, flat panels, and sector antennas.
Radio Mobile is an amazing program.

Same here, I'd love to know how to define antennas... since I really don't know anything about antenna design, that may be a little difficult though!

It looks as if the file is just a 360 degree (360 lines) definition or something. I'm using the yagi.ant as a directional antenna in the program but would like to use the actual pattern of my antenna ... pacwireless 24db grid ...

I contacted Pac Wireless a while back to get antenna plots for some of their antenna's.. I converted the info they gave me into Radio Mobile .ant files..
Here are the plots for the 24db grids and the 13/19db panels in vertical polarity. I'll give Pac Wireless a call and see if they can get anymore of the antenna plots for me..

nice one - thanks!
Was looking at doing my own files too... the .ant files do seem to be a 360 deg (line) plot of the polar pattern...

I got some more antenna patterns from Pac Wireless and I've updated the list to have both Horizontal and Vertical Polarity patterns. I also uploaded the original pac wireless patterns if anyone wants to see them..
Enjoy guys

I would really be interested in getting 120 degree 23 or 19 dbi sector antenna patterns. Also a way to put 3 per tower in different orientations. For instance sector 1 may not always point 0 degrees, it may be 25 degrees which would affect the others.

That's awesome! Thanks a lot!
Can you do us a favour & explain your naming convention? I see the GDxx is probably 'grid' and PAxx is 'panel'.
What is 'DCxx' and 'RTxx'

All of the antenna patterns are for Pac Wireless antenna's and the file names match the Pac Wireless model numbers..
The first 2 letters are the Antenna type, The second two numbers are the Frequency, the numbers after the dash and before the HPOL/VPOL are the antenna's Gain, and the H/VPOL is its Polarization
You are correct that the GD's are grids and the PAxx's are Panels.
The DC24 is a Die Cast 24db Grid

The RT24-xx are RooTenna enclosures with built in panel antenna's

It has come to my attention that the RT24-14 antenna plots were flipped by 180 degrees. They have been corrected now. If you have downloaded them please download the new corrected versions.
If anyone needs any other Pac Wireless antenna plots made for radio mobile please let me know.
