Unstable ping time in hAP lite

Hi.Recently I bought a 941 router board for home with ADSL link.I configured it and I like the feature it presents.I always used tplink and openwrt/gargoyle as a solution for my goals.
But I noticed the clients experience high (gateway and also dns) ping time specially when a client start downloading something.I don't have such problem with my tplink841 using gargoyle .I took ping test in almost normal similar situation with 2 or 3 clients not downloading too much with both hardware and this is the result :

What would the problem?Is it a normal behavior for this RB?
