CAPsMAN Related Questions

Hey all, had a few basic questions in regards to bringing an AP up within CAPsMAN. I managed to add an hAP to the manager, but ran into a few issues in the process. Using WinBox for config.
  • - Is it possible to assign a static IP to a CAP enabled device? If so, how would one go about assigning that?
    - The device was discovered when added to a l2 unmanaged switch, but not when directly connected to a router (RB2011UiAS-RM). Is there interface specific config that needs to be applied?
    - A DHCP pool was created and assigned to the CAP interface. However, within the DHCP tab under DHCP Server, the associated pool is posted in red text and all clients connecting to the hAP are being assigned IPs from the main pool.
Thanks ahead of time for the assistance.

Just as an update, will probably be shifting to the CRS125-24G-1S-RM or something of that type and want to preemptively know what might be different in config when directly connected vs via l2 switch.

So after installing the AP, I'm having some issues.
I've gotten as far as the CAP interface showing up in the interface list, but am unable to get DHCP assigned correctly without breaking the locally connected devices.

Interface list is as follows:

The hAP is connected into the CRS125-24G-1S via eth9 as shown above. CAPsMAN config seems to have taken correctly, but I'm uncertain about how to assign interfaces specific to that device.

Currently I have 1 dhcp pool for internal network

Is it possible to use the master dhcp pool for the AP?
