there are a few things that could have caused this.

First does your new config use a different interface? (i.e have you gone from PPPoE to Ethernet?)
Did you have your port-forwarding setup for a particular external IP?

Can you please post an export of your config?
Please remove any public IP details for security.

Looks like the adapter on one of the clients dropped the static config and was pulling from DHCP. Issue averted.
