My setup:

Comcast Modem (not a router)--> RB2011 (6.33)-->switch-->VPN Server (192.168.1.141)

I cannot get port forwarding to work.

I need to forward ports 444 tcp and 1194 udp. I followed this guide:

using my port numbers and my vpn server's IP. I disabled all the firewall rules that drop packets. Nothing reaches the VPN server.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Can you please post the output of the following commands:

ip firewall
filter print
nat print

Also can you ping the server from the router?
Can you ping the internet from the server?

1. What is IP pool on your mikrotik? is pool in format 192.168.1.XXX or default 192.168.88.1 ? If is 192.168.1.XXX then you probably do something wrong in NAT-ing. If you use default MT pool 192.168.88.1, then you must set Fixed IP adress from MT pool 192.168.88.XXX.
