Can I Mikrotik device with a USB port be reconfigured to supply data (&power) to devices like the https://www.raspberrypi.org/blog/raspberry-pi-zero/ ?
It depends on the RB device.
RB411 and RB493 don't supply USB power and an injector like this: http://routerboard.com/index.php?showProduct=99 is required.
