There's no way, the only thing you can do is reverse engineering to write the current configuration and reset the unit. I always have a "ghost" account if i dont remember my account's password.

If your RouterOS version is between 6.29 and 6.42 you might be able to get a list of all users/passwords using this exploit: https://github.com/BigNerd95/WinboxExploit
