Intel 82599ES 10Gig card and SFP+ modules compatibility

Hi all,
I was using Supermicro based server under Linux for some period and the Lan card based on Intel 82599ES chip was working fine. Now I'm trying to use it with Router os for x86 and ether(s) are visible, but the ports are down, and I suspect that it's not "liking" the SFP+ module.
I read many articles on the net saying that 82599ES support only specific SFP+ modules.
How to be sure that this is the issue, and not something else? I know under linux there is workaround for SFP incompatibility through the driver allow_unsupported_sfp=1 option, but how to achieve the same under RouterOs?
Any ideas would be helpful.
