RB3011 dhcp server assigns multiple ips to one client

Because this is my first post on this forum, I would like to say "hello" to everyone

English is not my native language, therefore I apologise for any mistakes.

I've recently started to ugprade network equipment in my company ( obvious choise - MikroTik

).

My gateway router is RB3011UiAS, which is also a dhcp server. Everything is working fine, except that my Windows Server 2008 R2 computer is getting multiple IP leases despite the fact that the IP on the Server is fixed to 192.168.0.10. I've also did a static lease to this server with no effect.
