We are an ISP , happily running CCR1036-8G-2S+EM for the last couple of Months as an hotspot which was running optimumly 1700 - 2000 Online subscribers with 400Mbps-450Mbps bandwidth with 30-35% CPU Load.
Very recently we have purchased CCR1072 Router , IOS Version 6.34 ,configured it same as earlier CCR1036 and tried to run as hotspot .
Surprisingly it never scaling up in comparison to CCR-1036. With 2200 Online users , 700 Mbps Bandwidth, CPU Load is soaring up to 70 % sometimes. But in terms of hardware configuration it is at least double in every sense than its predecessor. It is expected that we can put load of atleast 2-Gig in this router.
Then why this problem is arising ??
We are using 3rd Party SFP+ module . Any help is welcome.
