Problem with port forwarding and source IP addresses

Sat Aug 26, 2006 12:44 pm

Hello.

I am trying to set up a mikrotik properly for using 2 internet connections, and provide acces to internal servers on my private network by doing port forwarding.

Is working quite fine, the problem is that when I see the IP addresses of the people connected to my internal servers, it shows the internal LAN mikrotik IP (10.10.0.1) and it doesnt show the public IP of the peoples computer.

This works fine with only ONE internet connection (shows real public ip of people, but it starts to work wrong whe I set up the second public connection.

If anybody know how to set it up to make an "almos transparent" por forwarding over multiple public connections... please tell me.

It would really help me.

(sorry for my bad english).

Thanks,
Max
