So, I've found a way to connect to bridged router via "MAC Telnet". Unfortunately, it is only good if you know the specific CLI for RoS (which I do not know, yet). Isn't there a GUI option?
Didn't you assign an IP address to it? If not, use Winbox and, as jarda suggested, connect using MAC address.

I had "Address Acquisition" set to "Automatic" on my bridged router. I could see MAC, Hostname and IP of the bridged adapter in the list of the DHCP leases on 1st Router. However, I was not able to reach the router on the IP. I had this particular setting, because at previous attempt to set static IP, devices connected to the bridges router would not have Internet access.
I've just tried setting IP manually again, and it worked. Thank you very much for the help.
P.S. can I rate your posts? Since you pretty much solved my question I'd like to rate it accordingly.
