Contact your distributor. They should be able to source a new PSU from Mikrotik.

Our distributor told me that they have no power sources and do not know whether it is sold separately. So Mikrotik what is supported way of power supply replacement of CCR-1016-12S-1S+? It was very glad to have redundant power supplies but this advantage is immediately lost if I am not able to easily replace faulty power source... I will send info to Mikrotik support.

Get your distributor to ask Mikrotik directly.

It might not be on the price list but they can get them.

Did you find where to buy this power supply from?
Similar situation here, but for CCR-1036-8G-2S+, can not find any replacement. Google found a site in Germany selling same (apparently) module, but I am in USA in a rush for this CCR to be repaired.

Ditto. My distributor does not carry "spares"

We have managed to get replacement PSU's for CCR1016/1036 and for CCR1072 from our Mikrotik distributor.

Does Miro honestly not stock them? What about Scoop, they sell Mikrotik hardware.

Scoop pretty much says "Oh it's an internal PSU - we can't do anything" ...

I wonder if Miro holds the CCR-1072 PSU's since they hotswap?

I guess the only real option is to find an online spares supplier and ship a couple spares to keep on hand.

Ah, but isn't that the distributors job? Then I may just as well stop supporting the distributors and import everything myself...

Of course it's there job, but now days expecting people to do their job is asking to much.
