I just received a small batch of the new hAP AC 1Gb Routers using the RB962UiGS-5HacT2HnT to try on our network and I am experiencing some performance problems and wanted to know if anyone has had the same issue or maybe some suggestions on how to fix it.

The problem is I plug the router into our FTTH network, obtain the IP address from our DHCP, everything appears to work correctly until I try and run a speedtest from our speedtest.net server and I am barley able to achieve 12Mb down and 2Mb up. I also notice when I run ping tests out to the internet I drop about 10 to 15% of my packets as well. Now with the same configuration but using the hAP AC Lite I am able to hit 95Mb down 95Mb up with no problems. I have tried a few different firmware loads (6.35, 6.33, 6.30) all with the same performance issues. Just a quick note, when I set two of them up and turn B-Test on I see the same results.

For the config I am just using the basic Quick Set Dual AP Home just for quick testing purposes.

Has anyone else had this issue with the new hAP AC's or maybe some guidance on how to correct the problem?
