for example there are two user A & B having package of 40GB and after 40 gb is consumed their speed is limited to 256K.
how can i setup usermanager so that if both clients 40GB is consumed then they can use 256k but shared,so that if both of them are online then they can get 128k each and if one client is offline then the other shall get full 256k.
