we have just started wisp. main isp link RB 750 and from ethernet 2 to base station. on station netmetal 5 with 120 sector 3 no antenna to cover 360 degree. now customer is facing some speed issue.
1. what will be cpe setting any firewall or mangle rules required for CPE ??
2. CPE signals strength is -60 to -70 dbi. ping is ok.

What does mean "some speed issue"?

And is it due to bad wifi connection or due to some lack of power in rb750? Have you investigated it somehow?

....ping is ok.
What kind of ping ? Short standard one with 32 bytes or longer one with size similar to MTU ?

First connect a PC directly to the last router / AP at your side. Check the speed of down and upload, check the CPU usage etc... (if you use VLAN's, make sure they are on the switch, and not in the interface).

what should be best single for best bandwidth. -65 or -75 any standard or experience. VLAN is necessery.

VLAN's are fine. You should use them. Sure.... But they do not provide security. If you assign me (as a customer VLAN 50), and I enter in my WLAN card VLAN 51, and connect on the network, I can sniff my neigbours traffic.
