Packet loss with RB2011UiAS-2HnD-IN

I recently started to see a high packet loss on my router. I reset the router and started from scratch, upgrade boot and packages. Still the same issue.

It seems to be between the outgoing interface and next hop (my ISP). I have tried just plugging my computer in the outlet and it works flawlessly.

When I do a ping from outside interface on the router towards "ping.sunet.se" I receive the following statistics.
sent=70140 received=65881 packet-loss=6% min-rtt=1ms avg-rtt=4ms max-rtt=998ms
Do any of you have any idea of what I could do to solve this issue?
as I understand, I am not able to choose another OUT-interface (except the SFP) than ether1?

I only have one computer connected to the network and two phone, my Chromecast Audio and Chromecast 2 Video.
So the CPU load is not high at all.

If you need any more information, please feel free to ask for it and I will provide it.
Cause it's beginning to be an issue when I work from home and get thrown out from the ssh-sessions during an upgrade.

So I am guessing no one has similar problems or know how to troubleshoot or solve it?

If your computer doesn't experience packet loss, when directly connected to your ISP, looks like a router problem. I know, I know. Bear with me.

Things that come to mind, in no particular order:
(it is important to do the tests with a configuration as small and clean as possible)

1) Fragmentation issue? Could your ISP have modified its network? How about trying a smaller packet size? Although it wouldn't affect the pings...
2) Rules and limits on your router? Some mistake on limits, queues or buckets?
3) From a computer on the intranet: try to ping your router's external address. Does the packet loss still exist?
4) Connect the router on another machine, acting as DHCP server. Ping, from a third machine in the intranet, the IP address of the DHCP server. Does the packet loss exist?

The purpose of the 3) and 4) tests are to verify that your router hardware is not the culprit. If you don't loose pings on a pure local test, then your router hardware should be working.

Number 1) is more a wild guess than anything else. Number 2) is a possibility. Could be a bucket too small, or something alike.
