I have setup a hotspot and i have the following issues:

1) The ip that the clients gets most of the times is coming from my modem/router DHCP and not mikrotik
2) I am using jquery to submit the form for login, because i need to send the stats to an external 3party api for future analysis. Most of the devices are submitting the form but not the ipad. i am not sure whats going on.
3) I need to display a page which can be hosted inside the router where i can provide some information to the clients. I edited alogin.html for that but at android version 6 i got redirected away when the smartphone gets internet access. Is there any way to stick it to that page so the user can read it?

If your client gets an IP from your modem, then you have put ethernet 1 (I assume that goes to the modem) into bridge, and you setup master port on that interface.

1.) It is usually bad form to reply to a thread that is old and doesn't apply to your problem. Start a new thread in that case.
2.) You provide no information about your current setup, configuration, issue you are seeing, or anything that someone would be able to use to begin to help. At a minimum post an export of your "/ip dhcp-server" menu, along with network topology information. Specific answers require specific questions and information.
