NAT rules

Good Day
I have 2 wan connected to mikrotik and configured for load balance and fail over
wan 1 is with real IP
im trying to create NAT rules to allow remote desktop from internet but its not working
kindly advice

Short answer:
In your mangle table prerouting chain, you should also perform connection-mark action on new connections arriving from wan1 and wan2.
If you don't mark them as they arrive at the router, then the reply may get mapped to the wrong ISP.
