Hello,

We have two rb922 connected in a rb260 and we have problem in these two rb922, often they restart and log displays the message "System rebooted because of kernel failure". Already upgraded to version 6.35.4, update the firmware to 3:33, connect the original power supply, however, the problem remains.

Does anyone have any idea to solve this problem?

Alexandre

Are you graphing things like CPU/Memory/Temperature in your Dude monitoring?
Perhaps you should see if a supout was generated after the crash, and send that to support.

Hello,

Already we disabled the Dude and SNMP of RBs to see if the problem was, but it keeps happening. We have sent the file to the support, but, all alternatives that still did not get resolved

My point was that if you are graphing these quantities, you could check the graphs for anything that looks like it might be leading up to the crash - high CPU, high memory utilization, high temperature, etc. Not knowing your configurations, it's hard to say what might be causing this.

I will say that I don't feel like it's related to your power delivery, since it's a kernel crash. This is more likely to be caused by either a bug in ROS or else something load-related.
