Dude server on CCR Router with VLANs

I am attempting to migrate from the legacy version of the Dude for Windows to the current build running on a CCR1009-8G-1S-1S+PC. In the current Windows setting I have a separate access line for each VLAN I want to monitor devices on in the Dude. On the router I have configured a trunk line with all the necessary VLANS, however the Dude only pings devices that are on the same IP range as the router's IP. How do I make the Dude able to see devices across VLANS without bridging the interfaces and combining the traffic? I am familiar with Cisco IOS but not Router OS, so I am in unfamiliar territory. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
