For example, I have two wan interface,and I want my pptp client goes out from the one that is not the default gateway.
would you mikrotik like to put a interface-choose button on?

PPTP client will connect to the PPTP server by using regular routing table.

Add a static route to your PPTP server through the desired gateway and it will be good to go.
