When transferring a big file from my NAS to my computer (or vice versa) the throughput is quite bad. The computer and the NAS are directly connected via ethernet cable to the MikroTik router. I get a speed of approx. 40MB/s, but at least I should get 100MB/s:
Using my old Netgear Gigabit Router I get a throughput between 100MB/s to 110MB/s. What's wrong? Is there a possible configuration adjustment?

The ports where your computer and your NAS are connected- are they switched, bridged or routed?
