Low data throughput on my MikroTik hAP AC RB962UiGS-5HacT2HnT

Hi to all,
When transferring a big file from my NAS to my computer (or vice versa) the throughput is quite bad. The computer and the NAS are directly connected via ethernet cable to the MikroTik router. I get a speed of approx. 40MB/s, but at least I should get 100MB/s: Using my old Netgear Gigabit Router I get a throughput between 100MB/s to 110MB/s. What's wrong? Is there a possible configuration adjustment?
