multipple sessions hotspot user

hi,
i'm setting up a hotspot and my requirement is to create a shared user with multiple sessions enabled
i.e same username and password authenticate more than one device "but each device should have its own time limit"
what i was able to do is shared user but all devices share the same time limit
example
2h user: logged out after 80 minutes, 40 minutes remining on a mobile phone, if i log in using the same username on a different device, ill have 40m remaining instead of 2h
do i need to use winbox or userman
i wasnt able to make it work on both
