Packet loss on loopback / MPLS / VPLS interfaces only

Hi,
I have a strange problem;
I have two routers both CCR1036, Router 1 running routeros v6.36.2, and Router 2 running routeros v6.35rc49.
Configuration is as follows;
Router 1, Interface VLAN 295, 172.16.200.1/30
Router 1, interface lobridge , 172.16.100.1/32
Router 2, Interface VLAN 295 172.16.200.2/30
Router 2, interface lobridge , 172.16.100.2/32
I have OSPF and MPLS / VPLS setup on these routers and working, OSPF is distributing the loopback addresses etc, and MPLS / VPLS is all working fine, I'm using multiple bridges and VPLS interfaces to carry customer VLAN's / traffic between routers.
When I ping from Router 1 172.16.200.1 to Router 2 172.16.200.2, there is no problem and no packet loss, (physical / vlan interface to physical / vlan interface).
When I ping from Router 1 172.16.200.1 to Router 2 loopback (lobridge) address 172.16.100.2 there is ~1% packet loss, (one bridge / loopback interfaces introduced, at the remote end).
On VPLS tunnels interfaces between Router 1 and Router 2 carrying customer traffic there is 2-3% packet loss, (two bridges / loopback interfaces introduces, one at each end).
Has anyone seen this before?
(Also note; I have fastpath enabled on the bridges).
Happy to paste config if its helpful
