You have wrong date for added notes to network?

I am having the same problem except the date that it puts on my notes is Dec/31/1969 18:00. Some of the notes that I have entered were done under Beta 8, some under Beta 9, but most under Beta 10. All notes presently display the same time.
In some cases I right clicked on a device on the map and selected Notes to add a note. In other cases I selected Notes from the button on the Device Settings window.
