Hi, Could someone help on the following

I would like to share bandwith evenly between users. I need 2 groups, Clients and Admin.

Clients will be limited to 192k down and 64k up. Admin must be unlimited, but only load the free bandwith.

I have setup simple queues but they dont work well. The speed limit for the clients works, but if an admin IP is downloading at full speed, and a clients IP comes on, they dont get there 192k down. Also if 2 admin IP's are downloading, the spair bandwith is also not shared evenly. I gave clients a priority of 1 and admin 8.

I think i need to setup queue tree's but i dont know how. Please advise.

Aslo we have another 2 router boards at different "dustrubition" high spots. can all bandwith be managed from the first routerboard with the internet connection, or must the same rules be added to each of the routerboards. Note: all interfaces are setup on diffferent ip ranges.
