resolution is lower for the weekly and monthly.
You will find the same results if you use a 3rd party rrd utility.

If the functionality is in ROS it should work.
And weekly MAX IN should not be less than a daily MAX IN.

This is expected, as it is from all rrd based graphing. I'm sorry I don't have a better answer for you.
