Preventing same MAC in access list?

Haw can I prevent this?
Or disable it, not to be allowed putting same MAC in wireless access list .

I think that isn't any control when you input a new entry on access list, but ACL works like firewall rules, then, if you insert multiple rule for the same MAC with the same specifications, the first will match and work, others are not take in charge.
In fact , I think there is no problem for ROS if you add the same MAC on ACL more times.
