Hi i need a script who can help me or have it and can edit for me?
i need a script for limit bandwidth during all day for example now i have 600 Mbps Tx and i should use 7% of it on Rx mean 600Mbps Tx shoudl have 42Mbps Rx and some times it be down or up i need a script to calculate it and limit my interface port with my bandwidth mean if now 600Mbps limit Rx on 42Mbps if up limit 7% of it and if down like that too

You would do that using a queue, rather than a script.
Put a Queue Tree item on your interface and set the desired TX limit.
