I am in the process of deploying a small company network for a start up. They have a 100Mbps fiber uplink and I was wondering if the CRS125-24G could do the job. There will be some filtering rules and a simple static route to the ISP, I hope. I've read a few posts that mention the routing performance is terrible, but I'm not convinced.

Second question is related to the wAP AC, I want to deploy them as the WiFi solution for the company. However, is there a way to mount them on ceiling grids, without having to drill holes into the plates. I want to mount the APs on the rails. Also how much devices can one handle, I'm looking to cover about 150m2 with maybe 40 client devices maximum, 3 networks.

I wouldn't use CRS for routing. If you need fiber, use RB3011.
Wireless covering is an marketing stupidity. Its all about other elements around. It can serve 40 clients. Keep in mind is a dual radio so it might serve 2x40 clients.

Okay, I will look into RB3011, I wanted to ask about RB2011 but it seems to be as powerful as the CRS..

while the CRS125 is certainly not as powerful as RB3011, it is totally up to the task for 100Mbps, and even more. Use fasttrack, and you're set.
if you need more than 10 ports, RB3011 won't cut it on its own anyway.
