Hi,
What do you want to achive ? If a cable from your isp router is connected into ether1 interface and ether1 has been assigned ip address 192.168.0.15 (/24 i suppose), in ether 2 what is connected? is there a cable who is then connected into a switch in which are connected both your servers or your servers are connected directly into ether 2, ether 3 ports on mikrotik router? What is your network topology?
Please, give us some more details.
kind regards,

you are correct about ether 1
on ether 2 is virtual server running vpn and web server virtualized.
ether 1 assigned ip 192.168.0.15
dst-nat dst=address=192.168.0.15 to-address=1.1.1.1 vpn server. that is fine.
now i whant add one more ip on ether 1 for web server. i whant separate ips for boath.
ether 1 192.168.0.30
dst-nat dst=address=192.168.0.30 to-address=1.1.1.5 web server
and that is ok i can acces server localy. but not from public
i forwared on isp router 192.168.0.30 80,443. but not working.
works only if i use 192.168.0.15 and forward ports on isp router.
i dont get it, beacouse i can acces server localy so isp router is aware of 192.168.0.30.
