Speed issues in my Network

We have a small network around the Emporia Ks area. We are having trouble with a new tower we just had a Fiber line put directly in have 75M of download and upload strait to our Router. We also have a Backhaul going back to our main network so we can monitor this part of the network. We have 2 AP's (RB922UAGS-5HPacD) and one goes to a directional antenna (Freq-5825) and one to an Omni antenna(Freq-5745).We also send another Backhaul to another City and they are also use the 75M fiber. On the Customer side they are all using Airgrid M-5 or Power Beams M5. We are having a problem with speed customers are complaining of slow speed and we are only seeing around 30M. We think it should be closer to 60-70M used there. We are not sure what is wrong, we have tried a lot of thing looking for help to see if we over looked something.

We have 3 AP's and 2 Backhaul on that tower, one AP is 2.4Ghz and that one is not affected by this issue.

So far this are the speed test we run:

With a Btest server runing in our router (CCR-1009-8G-1S)

1. CPE thru AP5G to router (btest)

TX/RX = 3.3Mbps/138.8kbps
lost packets = 0

2. CPE thru AP5G-West to router (btest)

TX/RX = 5.1Mbps/11.5Mbps
Packets lost = 0

From our AP's thru our router to 207.32.195.2 (online btest server)

1. from AP5G
TX/RX = 74.1Mbps/59.7Mbps
packets lost = 0

2. from AP5G-West
TX/RX = 74.1Mbps/59.7Mbps
packets lost = 0

We also did an Spectral analysis and we are sending those images for you analysis.

This are the frequencies we are using :

AP5G= 5745
AP5G-West = 5825
BH1= 5300
BH2= 5250

We will love to know if you guys can help in order to solve the problem of course we are able to pay for the service so please send us an offert for the service.

Another info is, that tower is very saturate with equipment's from another companies, so my best guest is that we are having some king of interpolation there, I'm also thinking the omni antenna on AP5G could be noisy and defective, but I'm not for sure.

well please let us know what we can do about this issue.We can send you a vpn address so you guys can look at our config on our AP's and Router.

PS: Hardware in Tower and router is brand new, we just replaced it looking to fix the problem.

regards
Juan C Ricardo.

If I understood it well, you have some less than ideal combinations.

First, you are using routerboard APs, but connecting ubnt equipment as CPEs to it; so you aren't using TDMA, which is a must in these deployments. In order to enable TDMA both APs and CPEs should be from the same brand, i.e. Routerboards provide nstreme or Nv2; ubnt AirMax.

Second, using an omni on the AP, and to make matters worse, on a saturated spectrum area. Use sectors.

Hi thank for your answer , III really appreciate it.
Well this network had been running like that for around 14 years !! If you look in forums you will be surprised how many ppl use mikrotik AP and ubiquity CPe's . We use nv2 and wds in all ours BH's but not on ours AP. Also no airmax .

The only difference is that the network was bridge and we route it all in the pass month.
So I don't know cuz routing seems be right.
