Help Please in queue pls pls pls

hi all
i have mikrotik 6.37
i have 10M speed
i want 4M for all users
and i want 6m for 2 users

you can make profile in usermanager.

you can make 4 MB & 2 MB profiles.
and in queue you can make speed for a specific website,as per your conditions

i try PPPOE its better than before but i can't get good speed for 2 users
all users working binding and they about 30 user

if i get every one 256kb that mean 30 X 256 = 7680 kb ---- about 8M

so i limit all user by this rowl
