That low free memory is suspicious.

Have you installed dude or any additional packages on it?? Have you enabled DNS cache and increased cache memory?

Try to make a supout.rif file, or check if there is an autosupout.rif file in the Files folder. Send those files to support and we can check what is going on there.

I had this problem once. We had a faulty hardware due to bad POE adapter, have you checked it? Check temps, voltage, etc. And of course: supout.rif to Mikrotik's staff.

I was having the exact same issue with the same hardware.

The RB750Gr3 was working fine for 13days and then started randomly rebooting.
Interestingly enough I had a second RB750Gr3 with virtually the same config with the only difference that the primary internet uplink was a PPPoE Client on the RB which rebooted randomly.

I didn't solve the issue itself but made my desired config work with a workaround.

The issue occured with 6.38.5 and 6.39.1.
