User Quota Over L2TP Server

Hello , how are You All
it has 5 Days am looking at a way to let the user know his account status on Mikrotik RB 1100AH
L2TP, PPPOE Servers only runing .

what i need to do is to let the customers know its account status as he used to do with HotSpot (simply hit hinet.com on his browser ) a Hotspot Status Page is appear .

i dont want him to user usermanager ( user) page to get his accouunt info.
only like hotspot .
If any one can help with this , i really appreciate it .
