WinBox Discovery Very Slow

I have noticed on Windows 7 that when there are two Ethernet adapters and one of them is configured for DHCP and the other for static IP, any RouterOS devices connected to the static IP port take a very long time to respond to WinBox discovery. In other words, radios on the DHCP port respond and display (in WinBox discovery) right away but radios on the static port take sometimes 30 seconds or longer to appear. There are no virtual Ethernet ports on these computers.
Does anyone know if this is something that can be fixed?
