Setting up multiple CAPsMAN controllers on same network seems to be a topic of quite scarce availability of information.

I am having a setup in works with one network segment behind wifi link connection and this might be in need of second CAPsMAN controller for failover. Configuration basics seem to be obvious - on CAP "side of things" anyway - but there's no information about how CAP provisionings and other configuration information is maintained on these multiple controllers. Do they really have to be maintained separately or is there some way of synchronizing them?

on CAP you can set multiple CAPSMan Manager using the option caps-man-names and caps-man-certificate-common-names, but synchronization between CAPSMan Manager has to be done using two scripts:

- One that export sections you want to synchronize (like configurations, provisionings, security-profiles, etc) from CAPSMan Server Master
- One that download the file from CAPSMan Master, delete the current configuration and reload the .rsc file downloaded on Slave
