External radius and CPE PPPoE not dailing

I have a Main router.
Then i have a sector connected directly to that router.
I am running OSPF on both routers.
My clients connected to that AP has a problem where the pppoe is not connecting to my external radius i have to manually add them on the AP for them to connect what can be the problem to this.ask if you want more info
