It seems that you might have got a little carried away with the first visionary video.
I skimmed through transcript and sure, it sort of makes sense that when technology allows easy customization (with implied no extra costs), then why not make your customers happy and offer them anything they want and technology allows. I'm looking forward to it. But there's one little detail - world is not there yet.
Until then, you need to use the old fashioned way and make it interesting for MikroTik. Tell them how many routers you need and how much are you prepared to pay for them. If you need few millions, I guess you have good chance. If you need just few pieces, it will be harder, but nothing is lost, just increase the price until they go for it. It might take few millions, but if you really want your custom router...
