dsn cache and dynamic dns

i configure the dns cache and static dns but the browsing is not fast

how can i do make my connection be faster
please i need a help

DNS cache and static DNS does not provide 'magic' improvements for browsing speed.
DNS cache allows to maintain DNS requests faster for frequently used servers, however it does not care about web page content download or any other functions, except to handle DNS requests to find IP address for the DNS names.

can you tell me whts the difference between downloading and browsing ? both are HTTP !!!!!!!
as i read before here , the solution is to give burst time for let's say 10 sec then slowing down the speed to give other clients to browse .. i thought there is another solution ..
