I Faced problem FCS error on many Routerboard and links

It's not fair ,, because is see ether running but FCS counter increase, until disable ethernet and enable to solve this issue

I change :

1-Cable
2-power Injector
3-RB
_____
I turn off auto-negotiation not solved
I mark just 100M not solved
i turn on rx-flow-control not solved

it's repeat more than 30 times in day

Please can any one help me

FCS errors are caused by bad cables, bad cable installation, or a failing port. Check the cable and the device at the other end.
