2 gateway failover 2nd gateway is not enabled

In WAN i have a dynamic DHCP Client, ive enabled a filter rule to add "check gateway" on it.
The 2nd gateway is inside the LAN, this is because there is an option on the pcs to manually switch gateways in order to use the other ISP if they wish.
So, Gateway 1 = dhcp client with check gateway
Gateway 2 = 192.168.0.2
Router IP: 192.168.0.1
Lan IP pool : 192.168.0.3-192.168.0.254
Ive tried a few things, but even if i disable the ether1 interface, and thus gateway 2 is the only one left, is not used.
The only way to make this to work is to enable a mangle rule to mark route from the in-interface bridge to speedy, thats the gateway2...
