Facetime debugging

Hi there,
I'm having a poor Facetime connection with my parents. I tried Torching the wireless interface the remote iPad was on, but I couldn't see much except UDP traffic coming and going and a connection to a akamai 195.59.189.189 IP.

Is there a way to plot the connection between my IP 132.147.74.159 & 81.187.180.141 to see where the constraint is, before I blindly try to prioritise things?
