Hello

We are interested to communicate 2 server together without internet.
Is Local Server but is not to the same destination.
We are interested to transfer streaming but we are not interested to share Internet to both.

Server 1 IP-10.3.3.50 and Server2 IP-192.168.19.10
Server 1 is connected to Mikrotik 1
And Server 2 is to Mikrotik 2

Anyone help me please?

New to routing here, not pretty sure about that as i have never tried that but i suppose that you can set 1 route for each router and connect your devices (and lans)
Lets suppose you have them both connected to ether5. Set and ip on both ports (10.3.3.5 and 192.168.19.5 lets say), connect them through those ports, go to ip-->route and add 1 route on each route, pointing the opposite device
MT1 (10.3.3.5)
/ip route
add dst-address=192.168.19.10 gateway=192.168.19.5
MT2 (192.168.19.5)
/ip route
add dst-address=10.3.3.50 gateway=10.3.3.5

did that long time ago for x.0/24 and y.0/24 (whole networks) and worked but it was just a lab and did it for a few minutes
