I need help with the PIM or IGMP Proxy settings
I do not know the well Mikrotik routers, only the basic settings.

The situation is the following:

From Triax central ( IP TV Signal), I have a connection to port 3 on Mikrotik

Ip TV Signal works well, because I tried to directly connect to my computer use VLC Player
The programs are the following ip udp://@232.10.0.11:5005 232.10.0.12 .....
To make it work on my computer, I set up the following settings. Computer IP 192.168.100.50/ Gw 192.168.100.20
So there's a port on Trix 192.168.100.20.
So port 3 on Mikrotik must have ip 192.168.100.50 ??

Next :

I like to send this IP signal from port 3 to port 4. On port 4 I switched LG ProCentric Server
For distribution IP TV to LG Screens on a small hotel (20 screens)

IP address of port 4 is not important

I'd like to ask anyone for help.
How do I set the correct configuration to work?
