DVR forwarding - email mass

Hi all!
I have a question about forwarding.
I have a HIKVision NVR and I have to monitor the logins to the device.
When someone connects to the device and the Tik forwards the port to the internal network I get tones of emails because the client software communicates some different ports with the NVR and @ every new connection the router send me an email and the log is full of good-for-nothing lines too.
Is there a way to decrease the number of emails - eg. give a time limits for 1-2-5 minutes or something else? I have 1000 emails a day just because this but I can not stop the logging and mail sending becuse I have to log the logins.
