Hi, im a IT guy that have some experience on RouterOS but never used any kind of mikrotik as switch, but now im planning to replace some cisco's and use mikrotik switches on new proyects coming... I need 5 switches (24G ports and SFP if possible) that can handle VLANS, RSTP, LACP (also if possible), etc.
So what's your recomendation about mikrotik products for switching? have someone tried the new 6.41 bridge with hw offload? or it's better to use SwOS?
I was looking at CSS326 and CRS326....What would be best?

pd:Main router is CCR1009, there's main ISP with 200Mb simetric, and a secundary isp for failover and need to distribute around 6 vlans on the switches
