VPN with Win7 Home Edition

Hi,
I have been using remote access with VPN and never had problems with PCs that use Win10.
However, today a colleague tried to access the VPN using a Win 7 Home Edition PC, and was unable to establish communications.
Looking at the log of the Mikrotik RB2011 iL-iN, I could see these messages:
.... memory firewall, info input:in:[1]WAN_Fibra out>none), src-mac <I hide this address>, proto UDP, <I hide this address>:500-><I hide this address>:500, len 556
What is different Win 7 Home edition from Win 10?
On Mikrotik's firewall I have (besides several other lines):
Action: accept
Chain: Input
Protocol: 17 (UDP)
Dst Port: 500
In Interface: [1]WAN_Fibra
What am I missing?
Thank you
